Playing Ketchup

Oh boy, I have much to fill my cyber friends in on, most of you already know, but I guess some just want it on paper/monitor, so here ya go! :)

Cruise!

Well we disembarked on September 6th, and it was a swell day, the airport was boring though, so I will skip that part and go ahead to stuff that is worth reading about. . .kinda. We didn't get to go to Cabo San Lucas due to Hurrican Ivan or Ivana or something like that, however we did get to go to Ensenada which was a swell ole town. It was rough around the edges but had a heart full of Viagra, everywhere you went you saw signs saying "Cheap Viagra" it was unnerving, however I did end up buying a rock/marble chess board and some little knick knacks for the children. My chess board took an uneventful turn when I set it all up on the table next to the couch, when I accidentally kicked it and broke 4 of my beloved chess pieces. . . I was heart broken. But I told you I would write about things worth while, so I will carry on. While in Ensenada we took a kayaking tour to "The Blow Hole" it was pretty cool, the ocean waves would crash against the rocks and shoot water 100 ft. into the air, and here we are kayaking on the ocean that is coincidencadnetally heading straight for "The Blow Hole". I luckily was the odd man out on these 2 person kayaks and I got paired with a stripper, he wanted to get closer to "The Blow Hole" but I thought I was going to barf due to seasicknes, so we turned around and headed back. That was about all we did in Ensenada.

While on the ship I met a guy named Mike, he seemed like a pretty nice guy but tried to charge me for Whale Watching. (he weighed about 250-300 lbs) I talked to him for awhile and found out that he used to be in a motorcycle gang called "Hell's Angels", he said he quit the gang due to being shot 7 times, and was now seeking religion. (so don't ask me why he was on a cruise to Mexico) So I started talking to him about religion and telling him about our church. He said it rang a bell and that he remembers some guys in suits talking to him about a guy with the last name of "Smith" and that he wrote some book. So I was telling him about the Book of Mormon and he was quite interested so I challenged him that when he got back from his cruise to read the Book of Mormon and look up the LDS Missionaries, it was pretty cool :)

Temple!

I got to go through the temple for the first time and recieve my endowments, it was pretty much the coolest thing ever. When I went, the bishop said to not try and remember everything but to just remember the feeling that you had when you were there. I want you to know that I felt the spirit stronger inside of me stronger than I have ever felt it before, I know with all my heart that this is the true church. I can't wait till I can go to Argentina and share the true gospel with everyone down there. I love the Lord, and I love this church! :)

It's about time! LOL, you sounded like you were writing a paper the way you spiced things up and worded things. I'm so glad you loved your temple experience! I can't wait until I can go, well I kinda can actually but you know what I mean

I agree, it is about time. Better late than never though I guess. I didn't know that you respond so well to threats:)
